We are all about colour here at Eva Sonaike and that is why we are loving this spring's makeup trends! With Marsala being Pantone colour of the year, it takes the typical nude colour and reinvents and redefines neutrals with a new dimension.
Trends from the runway the spring have shown us how to bring back the classic 90s neutrals and how to add a new twist to it! Who doesn't love a throw back? No matter what skin tone, every woman needs a pop of colour on her lips, and Marsala with its reddish brown and pink undertones is perfect in creating a warm and elegant look for any occasion.
Our favourite way to wear Marsala is on the lips, with a neutral eye and soft dewy skin. We love Kevyn Aucoin's Dantrice lipstick (see at the top)! It fits perfectly into our Ara II make-up bag.
As much as we love the Marsala look on lips lets not forget how amazing this colour will bring out your cheekbones and work well on your eyelids, a great way to get glammed up for spring!
