PLACING ORDERS
All items are subject to availability. Eva Sonaike Ltd will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. We accept all major debit/credit cards, except American Express. All prices are quoted in UK sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable at the current rates and are correct at the time of posting the information. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your debit/credit card company processes the transaction. International orders may be subject to the relevant import taxes and customs duties and fees of the destination country. Eva Sonaike Ltd is not liable for any such taxes, duties or fees. Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and a contract is only formally created once your offer to purchase is accepted by us. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted. Please note that all orders are subject to stock availability and in the event that your order is inadvertently accepted but without sufficient stock to fulfil the order, your order in respect of that item will be deemed null and void and you will be entitled to a full refund or exchange as you wish. You must ensure that you provide a full address including any relevant post code. Delivery costs are set out at the time your order is placed. Delivery will not be effected until full payment is received.
OUR SAMPLES
Please note that fabric samples ordered through our website are intended as a representation of the colour and texture of a fabric and may not show the full design.
We aim to display the colours accurately, although we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display shows the true colours of our fabrics. The Samples sent to you may, therefore, vary slightly from the images on our website. All images on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
Every effort is made to ensure that the fabrics we supply correspond as closely as possible to our samples. However, variations in colour between batches may occur from time to time during normal manufacturing processes. We cannot guarantee that any fabrics that we subsequently supply will match exactly the samples sent to you.
All Samples of materials shown on our website are subject to availability.
HOW TO PAY
You can only pay for products using a debit card or credit card, PayPal or amazon pay. All payments must be made in advance.
All transactions are secured by 256 bit SSL encryption when communicating with the server. This can be seen by the use of ‘https’ in the website address and the padlock icon / green text used next to the website address in the browser.
We do not store or process credit card details on our own systems. Any credit card details you provide are processed by our payment provider, Shopify.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Eva Sonaike Ltd will accept returns of any items ordered through our website. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item. Once we are notified, you can choose between two options for returning the goods. The first is to have the item(s) collected by our courier service, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. The second is to return the goods at your own expense, in which case we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. The returned item must be received by us no later than 28 days from the date you received it, unused, and in a re-saleable condition with the original packaging. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a full refund, including delivery charges, or an exchange if preferred. The item must then be returned to us, with reasonable return costs also being refunded. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 28 days of us receiving the returned item. Please note, Eva Sonaike Ltd is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or stolen in transit if the return is made at your own arrangement.

LATE OR LOST ITEMS
Items to be delivered within the UK will be sent primarily by Royal Mail (in the UK) using their Special Delivery service. For items sent internationally these may either be sent through the Royal Mail Special Delivery service or another suitable post carrier. Once your items are placed by us with the relevant post carrier, we are no longer liable for those items and in the event that they are late, lost or stolen, it is with that relevant post carrier that any liability for late, lost or stolen items will lie. However, Eva Sonaike Ltd will endeavour to make all reasonable efforts to assist you in tracking down your items so that they are delivered to you.
ERRORS
Every effort is made to ensure that all the information on our website is correct at the time of viewing. If we discover an error relating to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the error and confirm that you still wish to proceed.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description.
