Hello and welcome back to the blog. I always take some time off at the beginning of the year to re-focus and realign myself. And then it is straight back into work, so I didn’t even have the chance to wish you all a happy, healthy, loving and prosperous 2014!!!! So much has happened since the beginning of the year! We got several new stockists across Europe and the US, I visited Maison & Objet for the first time as a visitor (not an exhibitor) to plan our move to a new location later this year, I have a new, lovely member of staff, who will be helping me with the editorial side of the business...and I started a new Hot Yoga class and am already seeing the results! My first month of 2014 has already been great and busy, there is much more to come this year and I am so grateful for all the love, positivity and energy I am surrounded by! Over the past two years we focused on our ‘Colour of the Month’ and ‘Room of the Month’ features on the blog - of course all staying true to our motto’Bringing Colour to Life. This year we want to give you an insight of what is going on at Eva Sonaike. You can have a look behind the scenes: who we are, what we do and what makes us tick. This will be the first place to inform you about new stockists (we may even profile some of our stores), we will let you know when we are featured in the press and look at other people, brands and things that inspire us. It has been a long journey, since I launched the company in 2009, not always easy, but it has definitely worth every minute!
